Staff was excellent. Very attentive when checking in and checking out. Offered us a gift/snack bag upon arrival and water bottles upon departure. Liked that there was fresh fruit sitting out that you could grab during the day if needed.

The location was great. The room was clean and fairly well set up. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were both outstanding. The breakfast area and lobby were immaculate, clean and cheerful.

Hotel authorities and staff were very friendly. We arrived for check-in on 06/22 around 8:30 pm and Jody at front desk was very polite and she took care of us with great hospitality. Person who was taking care of complimentary breakfast was genuinely on top of things. She was very thorough with all items served and ensured that place was clean and good. Close to the hospital so we didn’t miss our grand daughter’s birth. Loved the breakfast. Room was clean. It was an unexpected stay and the front desk staff was amazing giving us all the hygiene items we needed. Loved the baked cookies.

We loved the staff! We arrived late, and our 2 and a half year old just got woken up. He was a bit thirsty and hungry. They didn't even hesitate they went straight to the continental breakfast section and grabbed him a couple snacks and a milk. Checking was very easy, and the woman working the continental breakfast was very hospitable. The breakfast was fantastic!
